Booking Display
Developed for the exclusive use of LIZARD Workplace, with a 7" touchscreen display that facilitates use, check-in, check-out, extend and release meetings, in addition to making quick appointments.
The use can be done through RFID badges, PIN or QR Code with the Smart App application. The connection to the system is via Wi-Fi or PoE cable, being easily installed.
With side LEDs that make it easy to see availability, the Booking Display is an essential tool to improve your company's meeting room management.

CUBE
With sound and light signals, the Cube can be placed in the center of the meeting room table, making check-in and check-out and notifying when the reservation is about to end.

PRESENCE DETECTOR
Detects micro movements, such as using your hands or shaking your head, in a meeting, so there is no accidental detection interruption. Set to turn off devices linked to the system after a few minutes of no movement.

D-LOCK
Directly integrated to Booking Display, allowing access to the meeting room only to authorized people and at the correct time. It has protection against power outage and network communication failure, being safe at all times.
Not included with magnetic lock;
Only works with Booking Display.
MEETING ASSISTANT
Device to be used on tablets or our own equipment with a stand, the meeting assistant allows you to place requests for the cup, report a problem to IT or maintenance staff, or place requests linked to system resources with the palm of your hand.
STATUS LED
Available for phone booths, fast and multi-purpose rooms, used in conjunction with the presence detector, it is an accessory that allows you to easily identify whether a place is occupied or not without having to make any reservations or prior configuration.

EVENT DISPLAY
Event Display can be installed on any type of TV, projector or monitor. It displays the entire day's schedule for a particular location, making it easy to identify and locate events and meetings. Because it works 100% online, any changes to the day's schedule are immediately updated on the dashboard.
SERVICE DISPLAY
It allows service areas such as the Cup, Maintenance or Helpdesk to monitor resource requests in the meeting rooms and organize appointments, using an interactive screen..
TOTEM
On the totems it is possible to view all the schedules for the day, in addition to facilitating the location of rooms and work desks through the company's plant. They also allow you to check-in and check-out.
